Washed Process

We remove skin and dry the mucilage-coated beans under controlled humidity. The result is tropical sweetness, syrupy texture, and balanced acidity.

Cherries are floated, hand-sorted and dried on raised beds with constant airflow. Slow drying inside a cool forest climate creates refined berry sweetness and a clean, silky cup.

Fully washed using clean mountain water, followed by slow shade-drying. This profile showcases clarity, florals, and structured acidity.

Cupping notes: Tropical fruit, caramel, jasmine, medium body.

Cupping notes: Red berries, hibiscus, panela, silky mouthfeel.

Cupping notes: Lime, floral notes, tea-like, bright and clean.
